Ventilation and CO2 levels at CIA Headquarters

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552 regarding ventilation upgrades and improvements performed (if any) at CIA headquarters from January 2019 to present (2024/05/08). I would be interested to know (where this information is disclosable):

- documents/communications/records regarding ventilation upgrades, especially but not necessarily exclusively regarding HEPA units, Far-UVC technologies, and similar;
- any available and disclosable metrics regarding CO2 levels within the CIA headquarters during that same time period;
- if not included under the above two items, notifications/emails/guidance for CIA staff regarding same

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
